Why did the customer contact us?

Benjamin had a fire loss in his home due to a heater malfunctioning. It had left his living room with a thick layer of soot along with other rooms having a thin layer of soot all over them.

Solutions provided:

PDQ Restoration came in with a professional cleaning team and cleaned every source from top to bottom. Hydroxyls were placed which helped get rid of the smoky smell that was caused from the soot.
