Why did the customer contact us?
The homeowner heard the sound of running water coming from the basement. A pipe had burst in the basement causing water damage to walls and carpeting. Water damage due to leaks was noticed in other rooms of the house.
Solutions provided:
We found a burst in the radiator in one of the rooms near the basement. A bathroom next to the bathroom was investigated where we found water damage and leaks. Flooring and drywall were repaired. Air scrubbers and de-humidifiers were used throughout the house and affected areas. Removed all water-damaged drywall.
