Marne is a mother of 2.  Her son will be a senior in college and daughter is soon to be a freshman in college. She's preparing herself to be an empty nester, though she will still have a needy dog that's happy to get some extra attention. She enjoys taking her dog hiking with his buddies and her friends.   She is known to enjoy going on quad rides with her husband and friends or snowmobiling in upstate NY for a long weekend.  Marne enjoys lake living.  In the summertime, you will most likely find her with her husband and friends on their boats, enjoying the lake.

PDQ performed clean up the sewage backup in the basement This was an Emergency Service Call for a Cat 3 Toxic water situation Standing sewage water by the sink and by the back toilet was extracted. The area was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. PDQ removed 100 square feet of carpet and removed some other small debris like ceiling tiles and boxes that had been affected. PDQ made two-foot-high flood cuts in the damaged Sheetrock. Microbial spray was used when finished. Air Scrubbers and fans were utilized to dry our the basement.

PDQ prepared the source area for inspection by the insurance adjuster. The remaining rooms in the home were cleaned with HEPA vacuums. The team cleaned all exposed and unexposed surfaces with dry “chem” sponges and “wet” cleaning tools in order to remove soot accumulation in the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Mud Room.

We used drying mats to remove moisture from their hardwood floors. We removed all damaged, drywall, ceiling and tiles. We removed the wet rug in the basement.

We stored them in a POD that we placed on their property during the clean-up process. We then removed all affected materials and cleaned all impacted areas with an antimicrobial solution. The broker was pleased to find out that we could work directly with and bill her insurance company, Preferred Mutual, directly.
