Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search after experiencing a fire within the finished basement of his home. A space heater caught fire in the basement of the home, causing fire damage throughout and a build-up of harmful soot.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived and thoroughly assessed and documented the damages with the Homeowners and went over the clean-up and restoration plan of action.

Our Team began the clean-up process by placing HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin soot and odor mitigation throughout the home.

We then cleaned and packed up their unaffected items and stored them in a POD, on their property. We had our technicians remove the damaged material and cleaned the internal and external structure of the home.

We then cleaned and sanitized the HVAC air duct system for soot and odor, and we replaced all air filters in the HVAC systems.

The Customer was thrilled to learn we have a NO SMOKE ODOR GUARANTEE! And we can work directly with their insurance company, Travelers.
