Why did the customer contact us?

A Plumbing Partner called to report a significant amount of water in a client's basement. A water pressure gauge blew overnight and there was a few inches of water in the basement, destroying carpeting and sheetrock in the finished part of the basement. Immediate, emergency servicing was requested.

Solutions provided:

Restoration services were provided to properly clean, dry, and get the damaged space ready for the rebuild stage. Fans and dehumidifier units were installed. Removed damaged contents from the affected area, including water damaged carpeting.
