Why did the customer contact us?
The call came in due to water flooding the basement and the built-in office area in the basement. The bathroom in the office had flooded and had spilled into the carpeted area of the office space. Sewage water was also spilling into the main part of the basement area of the office building.
Solutions provided:
Services were performed after business hours due to the emergency call nature. PDQ removed standing water from thesewage overflow from basement bathroom. Performed water extraction from the carpeted floor and the cement flooring portion of the basement.
PDQ performed a tear out of drywall and baseboard in the sewage-water-flooded spaces. Air Fans and Air Scrubbers put into use
