Job completed for Jackson S.

Completion date: February 25, 2022

Location: Mount Olive, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. They had a water heater leak from the bottom of the appliance that flooded the basement and caused water damage up the basement walls.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived at the Client's home within 90 minutes of their call. They inspected the damage, took moisture readings, and determined the best solution to remediate their home. They discussed the process with the Homeowners and assisted them with contacting their insurance company. The Homeowners were pleased that we were able to work and bill their insurance company, State Farms, directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home.

Our team then bagged and removed the unsalvageable materials. An antimicrobial solution was applied to all affected areas.

We came back every day until the home was completely clear of any water damage and moisture.
