Why did the customer contact us?

PDQ got a call from the homeowner who noticed water leaking from the radiator. The leak had caused major water damage with water collecting in the basement and on parts of the first floor and second floors of the older home.

Solutions provided:

PDQ removed a wet section of sheetrock along the bottom trim on the first floor. Water-damaged ceilings were also removed.
All the furniture contents of each affected room were covered in plastic. PDQ sprayed disinfectant and HEPA vacuumed all impacted areas. Fans were added as well.
