Why did the customer contact us?

The customer called because a pipe had burst in the upstairs bathroom and led to a large amount of standing water in the bathroom, kitchen and living room as well as through the walls down to the downstairs finished basement.,

Solutions provided:

The PDQ team assessed the damage and ensured the water was turned off, so no further damage could take place. We went over the plan of action with the homeowner, and she was happy to find out that this would be completed in a timely manner, and we were able to work with and bill her insurance company directly.

We boxed up all the content that was not damaged in the affected areas. We placed air scrubbers, air filters and dehumidifiers throughout the house. We used drying mats to remove moisture from their hardwood floors. We removed all damaged, drywall, ceiling and tiles. We removed the wet rug in the basement.
