Job completed for Julie A.

Completion date: July 24, 2023

Location: Andover, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The owner of the condominium got a call from the tenant saying that water was coming through the ceiling of the bathroom. The origin of the water damage came from a burst pipe from the unit above. This caused water damage to the sheetrock and hardwood floors near the bathroom.

Solutions provided:

Due to the documented elevated moisture readings, structural drying services were provided to the affected areas. Proper containment and air scrubber(s) were used. Some of the flooring and sheetrock in the hallway between the bathroom and bedroom needed replacement.
