Job completed for Jennifer F

Completion date: February 18, 2022

Location: Rockaway, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The owner found us through a Google search. Her commercial property real estate agency sustained a large amount of water intrusion due to a leaky pipe in the breakroom. Walls, flooring and carpet padding were impacted. The client was very concerned about timeline of completion, because this was a workplace for multiple agents.

Solutions provided:

A PDQ Project Manager arrived at the property and assessed the damages with the broker and discussed the plan of remediation. The broker was pleased to find out that we could work directly with and bill her insurance company, Preferred Mutual, directly.

After initial assessment, PDQ began setting up the drying equipment including high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls.

We then removed the affected materials including the carpeting and padding in the hallway, the drywall within the breakroom and the impacted cabinetry within the breakroom.

We visited the property for a few days until the commercial units were completely dried.
