Completion date: August 1, 2023

Why did the customer contact us?

A toilet in the bathroom adjacent to the laundry room had backed -up and was overflowing into the hallway area. The area smelled really bad. The customer was trying to deal with standing sewage water but needed immediate help.

Solutions provided:

PDQ was onsite in less than an hour from the initial call and began the extraction and clean-up efforts. Water from the overflowed toilet had caused damage to the baseboards and walls, which needed to be removed. Drywall tear-out began.
