Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found out about us from a friend who had experienced a fire earlier in the year. They were relieved when we told them they were able to hire whatever company those chose and didn't have to go with the provider their insurance recommended.

There was a fire in their kitchen which caused extensive damage to the kitchen as well as smoke & odor present throughout the home.

Solutions provided:

When we arrived at the Client's home, we assessed the damage alongside the homeowners. Once finished with the assessment, we explained to them our aggressive remediation plan. The Homeowners were very happy that we could work and bill their insurance company, Progressive, directly.


Our team immediately began the work by cleaning and removing all of the salvable items. We stored them in a POD that we placed on their property during the clean-up process.

We then removed all affected materials and cleaned all impacted areas with an antimicrobial solution.

Finally, we brought in Ozone generators for odor, air scrubbers and air filters to ensure the home no longer contained any harmful particles from the soot exposure.
