PDQ performed clean up the sewage backup in the basement This was an Emergency Service Call for a Cat 3 Toxic water situation Standing sewage water by the sink and by the back toilet was extracted. The area was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. PDQ removed 100 square feet of carpet and removed some other small debris like ceiling tiles and boxes that had been affected. PDQ made two-foot-high flood cuts in the damaged Sheetrock. Microbial spray was used when finished. Air Scrubbers and fans were utilized to dry our the basement.

In the kitchen, we covered all the cabinets and floor in plastic to protect it from any debris or dust. The same goes for the home office, where the radiator had exploded. We covered the fireplace and bookshelf in the office with painter's plastic. A partial removal of the floor in the living room was also done. A section of the kitchen ceiling was removed to reveal the burst pipe. PDQ sprayed microbial and placed multiple dehumidifiers, fans, and air scrubbers to dry out the damp and saturated spaces.
