Job completed for Eric H.

Completion date: June 14, 2023

Location: Chester, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

Water was leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen. A radiator in the home office had burst. They were concerned that another pipe had exploded in the kitchen. The water damage affected the kitchen including the kitchen floor and ceiling, and the home office.

Solutions provided:

In the kitchen, we covered all the cabinets and floor in plastic to protect it from any debris or dust. The same goes for the home office, where the radiator had exploded. We covered the fireplace and bookshelf in the office with painter's plastic. A partial removal of the floor in the living room was also done. A section of the kitchen ceiling was removed to reveal the burst pipe. PDQ sprayed microbial and placed multiple dehumidifiers, fans, and air scrubbers to dry out the damp and saturated spaces.
