The Client found us through a Google search after she experienced a pipe leak that caused water intrusion throughout her basement.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of the Homeowner contacting us. We started by thoroughly assessing the water damage and our plan of restoration along with the Homeowner.

Our Team started immediately by setting up all of the necessary drying equipment including high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They then bagged and removed all the water damaged material and moved all unaffected salvageable items to a dry space within the home.

The Homeowner was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that PDQ Restoration was able to provide and was also happy to find out that we were able to work with and bill her insurance company directly.
