Why did the customer contact us?
The homeowner discovered water on the floor of the basement and a suspected burst pipe. The affected area is a finished basement and laundry room. Portions of the room had standing water. The floor, baseboards, and walls appeared to be saturated and there was a concern for mold.
Solutions provided:
The team worked to control the damage and remove standing water. Water pumps and vacuums were placed to remove water. The drying equipment was left on site until the area was completely dry to avoid mold growth and mildew.
