Customer experienced a sewage back-up in their finished basement bathroom. There was about an inch of standing water, so they called a friend who recommended PDQ who had a similar experience last year.

The PDQ team arrived within 90 minutes of receiving the new customers call and immediately assessed the damage and provided a plan of action to the homeowners for the clean-up process.
Our team began extracting the raw sewage and removed all affected contents from the impacted finished basement. They then cleaned and sanitized all affected areas and set up drying equipment.
They returned to the home every day for 3 days while the drying process was being completed to ensure there was no hazardous moisture left within the home.
