Why did the customer contact us?

The client experienced a hot water leak within their home and was referred to PDQ by a friend who had experienced the same issue last year.

Solutions provided:

Our Team dispatched our Project Managers within one hour of the Client's call. When our PMs arrived, they assessed the damages with the Homeowner. They were thrilled to learn it would be covered by insurance and we could bill and work directly with their insurance company.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home.

Our team then placed blocks underneath the homeowner's undamaged items, making sure there were no spots where moisture could hide and cause mold growth issues down the road. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.

After the initial project was complete, we proceeded to visit their home each day to look after the drying process to ensure no future moisture issues would arise.
