PDQ came to the scene and documented all areas that were affected by the water. Once PDQ was certain that the burst pipe was completely fixed they brought in equipment to suck up all of the standing water. After, affected contents were documented and boxed. Then fans and dehumidifiers were brought up and set up to bring the moisture levels back down. Upon completion, all debris was HEPA vacuumed up and all surfaces were wiped down.

PDQ came in and diagnosed and documented the source. After, extraction began and all standing water was removed along with the relocation of affected contents. Flood cuts were performed where necessary. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up in order to create a drying chamber. Moisture levels were brought back down to normal levels.

PDQ located the source of the problem which was a leaky pipe behind the washing machine in the laundry room. Once that issue was addressed all affected contents were removed from the scene. The mold was thoroughly scrubbed until it was gone. Antimicrobial and disinfectant was sprayed on all surrounding surfaces.

PDQ was onsite in less than an hour from the initial call and began the extraction and clean-up efforts. Water from the overflowed toilet had caused damage to the baseboards and walls, which needed to be removed. Drywall tear-out began.
