Why did the customer contact us?

Vinchenzo was in need of assistance regarding a mold issue in and around the laundry room in his home. He was not sure of where the mold was coming from and wanted that issue addressed in addition.

Solutions provided:

PDQ located the source of the problem which was a leaky pipe behind the washing machine in the laundry room. Once that issue was addressed all affected contents were removed from the scene. The mold was thoroughly scrubbed until it was gone. Antimicrobial and disinfectant was sprayed on all surrounding surfaces.
