Why did the customer contact us?
Grayson contacted PDQ to help with a water loss that occurred in his basement. The cause of the water was due to a pipe that had burst in the storage room. It had caused significant water damage to his home.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came to the scene and documented all areas that were affected by the water. Once PDQ was certain that the burst pipe was completely fixed they brought in equipment to suck up all of the standing water. After, affected contents were documented and boxed. Then fans and dehumidifiers were brought up and set up to bring the moisture levels back down. Upon completion, all debris was HEPA vacuumed up and all surfaces were wiped down.
