Why did the customer contact us?

Robert called PDQ due to his pellet stove in the master bedroom malfunctioning and causing soot to go all over his house. The master bedroom was coated the heaviest but it spread throughout the entirety of the house.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in with a full cleaning team. They used a top-down approach and began cleaning the top floor first an worked their way down. Every single surface was cleaned. The clothes in all of the closets were taken to a professional dry cleaner. The air ducts were also thoroughly cleaned. Hydroxyls were placed throughout the property to eliminate all odor.
