PDQ claimed all affected contents. Next was the removal the sewage. Then a team came in and cleaned all affected surfaces. Fans and dehumidifiers were then set up to bring the moisture level back down to normal. The basement was brought back to its original condition.

Fans and dehumidifiers were set up in both the kitchen and basement to bring the moisture levels back down to their normal levels. The kitchen was turned into a drying chamber.

Our Team sent out one of our Project Managers within 60 minutes of the Client's call. Our PM thoroughly assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. They discussed the remediation process with the Homeowners and assisted them with contacting their insurance company. He was happy to learn we could handle everything with their insurance company on their behalf. Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They then sealed off the affected area in their living room, packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. They then removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials. We visited their home each day to look after the drying process.
