Why did the customer contact us?
Dominic reached out due to the basement being affected by a water leak in the kitchen drain pipe which the plumber had temporarily fixed but is coming back to finish. Most of the basement had water damage in it and the kitchen cabinets also had some water damage.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in and spent multiple hours on content manipulation, boxing content, flood cuts, HEPA vacuuming, and spraying anti-microbial. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up in both the kitchen and basement to bring the moisture levels back down to their normal levels. The kitchen was turned into a drying chamber.
