Job completed for Catherine B.

Completion date: March 14, 2022

Location: Rockaway, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

Client utilized the PDQ team's services for a small fire experienced earlier in the year and they were happy to find out that our team also handles water damage when a frozen pipe burst in their bathroom on the second floor affecting the downstairs bathroom and 4 additional rooms below.

Solutions provided:

PDQ removed the wet affected materials such as drywall, insulation and flooring. Antimicrobial was applied and then drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers were set up to dry the remaining structure.

The entire removal, drying and clean-up process only took 3 days, and we visited the home every day until there were no signs of moisture in the air, walls and flooring.
