Customer's toilet overflowed. They tried to clean as much as they could be the job required professional help to sanitize and dry out correctly before they had a mold issue.

Solutions provided:

PDQ quickly arrived on site. After a through moisture inspection the technicians nicely moved the furniture and set up containment to create a chamber to do the demolition, cleaning and sanitizing as well as drying out the property. The upstairs hallway's carpet was also affected.
