Why did the customer contact us?

Sewage backed up into their home from a clog in their sewer line. Their plumber recommended PDQ.

Solutions provided:

PDQ immediately arrived onsite and performed a detailed moisture inspection. 3 rooms were affected with sewage. Containment was et up to contain the affected rooms so that the remaining parts of the house were safe. Hydroxyl generators were setup to deodorize and sanitize the air. After all the affected materials and contents were removed the remaining structure was cleaned and sanitized. Once sanitized PDQ setup air movers to finish the dryout. The total job took 6 days to complete.
