Why did the customer contact us?

Dishwasher leaked and water went under their wood floor and damaged the flooring. Happened over the weekend.

Solutions provided:

PDQ responded within the hour. Set up containment so that unaffected rooms in the house were not affected. We also set up dehumidifiers and air scrubber to stabilize the area. Removed the damaged wood floor, sprayed antimicrobial and dried out eh property. Took 5 days to reach the dry standard.
