Sophia contacted to PDQ to deal with a fireplace malfunction that occurred in the living room of her home. Significant smoke damage was done to the entirety of the house. She wanted to get all of the soot and smoky odor gone from her home.
Solutions provided:
PDQ documented the source thoroughly and then began the restoration process. All items in the house were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Clothes were sent to a professional dry cleaner specializing in smoke damage on clothing. Hydroxyls were then placed after every square inch of the home was cleaned.
