Why did the customer contact us?

Nolan experienced a water loss at his home. This water loss had occurred in his basement and was the result of a sump pump overflow. It left a majority of the flooring in the basement along with some parts of the walls wet.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and diagnosed and documented the source. After, extraction began and all standing water was removed along with the relocation of affected contents. Flood cuts were performed where necessary. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up in order to create a drying chamber. Moisture levels were brought back down to normal levels.
