Why did the customer contact us?
Aurora experienced a water loss in her home. She wanted to take care of it quickly to not give mold the chance to start to grow. The cause of the loss was the washing machine overflowed and continued to leak water.
Solutions provided:
PDQ first made sure the washing machine was fixed, after they documented all affected areas which included the laundry room, office, and multiple hallways. Flood cuts were performed, debris was HEPA vacuumed. Water was sucked up. Fans and dehumidifiers were placed and left to bring the moisture levels back down to normal. Antimicrobial was sprayed to eliminate the possibility of mold growing on any of the previously wet surfaces in the future.
