Why did the customer contact us?

Wyatt had a fire loss at his home. The start of the fire was an electrical outlet malfunction in the hallway. The fire quickly spread causing severe damage to all parts of his home. Soot was left everywhere as a result.

Solutions provided:

PDQ documented the source along with all affected areas which happened to be almost every room in the house. A professional cleaning team was brought in and went from top to bottom and cleaned every square inch of the home. No soot was left behind. Hydroxyls were used to eliminate the strong sooty odor left behind from the fire.
