Why did the customer contact us?
Liam reached out to PDQ to help assist him in a water loss he experienced at his home. Severe floor water damage was done in his living room. It was caused by flooding due to a recent storm.
Solutions provided:
PDQ documented all affected rooms and contents and began to box up the items. Once all contents was removed from the floor, the water was then sucked up. After, fans and dehumidifiers were set up to bring the moisture levels down. A flood cut was performed on the bottom of the walls in the living room. All debris was then HEPA vacuumed up.
