Why did the customer contact us?

Riley reached out to PDQ due to a water damage loss she experienced at her home. It was a pipe underneath the sink in the bathroom on the main floor that had begun leaking. This had caused water damage in both the bathroom and part of the living room.

Solutions provided:

PDQ Restoration first made sure the pipe was correctly fixed and no further water damage would occur. Some flooring in the living room and bathroom needed to be removed. After, fans and dehumidifiers were placed in both the bathroom and living room to bring the moisture levels back down to normal.
