Why did the customer contact us?

Alexander experienced a fire loss in his home due to the fireplace in his bedroom backing up. It caused severe smoke and soot to be spread throughout the home. He was in need of immediate assistance.

Solutions provided:

PDQ diagnosed the source and took photo documentation of everything. A professional cleaning team came in and began cleaning the house using a top down approach. All rooms and items were thoroughly cleaned using an antimicrobial disinfectant. A hydroxyl was placed on each floor to eliminate the strong odor from the soot.
