Why did the customer contact us?

James reached out because he noticed a patch in his ceiling that looked wet. PDQ came in to investigate and located the leak coming from the shower handle in the upstairs bathroom.

Solutions provided:

PDQ located and had the leak fixed. Demolition was done for some parts of the walls and ceiling. All water was extracted. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up to dry all remaining water and to bring moisture levels back down.
