Why did the customer contact us?

Emma experienced a water loss in her finished basement. A pipe that was clogged has caused a water leak that left her carpet soaked along with some of the cabinets and walls.

Solutions provided:

PDQ first made sure that the leak was properly fixed. Then they extracted all of the water in the basement. After all standing water was extracted they set up fans and dehumidifiers along with containment in order to turn the entire basement into a drying chamber.
