Why did the customer contact us?

Cassie called PDQ to deal with smoke damage in her home that was a result of the HVAC system malfunctioning. A layer of soot was persistent throughout all surfaces at her home.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and diagnosed the problem and get a run through of the situation before taking any action. The HVAC issue was addressed and the cleaning began. A full team was brought in of professionals to clean all surfaces and completely get rid of the soot. Hydroxyls were placed to get ride of any persisting smell.
