Why did the customer contact us?
Isaac reached out to PDQ due to a water loss that occurred in his kitchen. The dishwasher had leaked and a significant amount of water had seeped out and into the kitchen and surrounding areas.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in and had the dishwasher inspected to make sure no more water would be leaking out. After this the standing water was extracted as quickly as possible before it would start to seep through the floor and into the basement. Containment was setup in the kitchen to create a drying chamber. The drying chamber was complete by the use of fans and dehumidifiers.
