Why did the customer contact us?

Nick called PDQ to deal with a mold problem that he noticed in his basement. When he originally noticed the problem he thought it was only minor mold growth but after some more investigation it came to light that it was a much larger problem and was more mold than originally anticipated.

Solutions provided:

PDQ documented all spots containing mold and claimed any affected items. The water leak that had caused the mold was addressed. After this the mold on the walls in the closets was completely cleaned and scrubbed. An antimicrobial was then sprayed on all surfaces to further prevent any future mold growth.
