Isabella experienced a soot/fire loss due to her fireplace malfunctioning. The entire house was coated with a thin layer of soot. An odor existed due to the soot.

Solutions provided:

PDQ professionally cleaned the entire house. It was done in a top-down approach and nothing was left unturned. All soot was cleaned up and hydroxyls were set up to eliminate the odor.
