Why did the customer contact us?
Joe reached out due to sewage from a pipe in his basement. A layer of sewage coated the floor and got on some of the surrounding walls. The basement had a powerful unpleasant odor. Joe needed this problem to be fixed.
Solutions provided:
PDQ extracted all of the sewage in the basement. The floors and walls were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Antimicrobial spray was used. Hydroxyls were placed to eliminate the strong odor.
