Why did the customer contact us?
Josh reached out to PDQ due to smoke damage throughout his house. The cause of the smoke damage was a small electrical fire in one of his HVAC units which caused damage to the other HVAC unit. Soot and smoke were then spread throughout the house.
Solutions provided:
PDQ brought in a professional team to help clean the house in an effective and efficient manner. Every single room was cleaned from the top down to remove all soot. The HVAC unit was repaired and thoroughly cleaned. All garments and carpets were cleaned. Two hydroxyls were set up on both floors of the house to eliminate any remaining odor from the smoke.
