Why did the customer contact us?
Laura reached out because of water damage in her basement. Several areas of her basement were affected due to the sump pump failure. Many areas were damp and most areas were decently wet.
Solutions provided:
PDQ first made sure a new sump pump was installed. All water was extracted and taken care of. Drying chambers were set up throughout the basement to make sure moisture levels went down. Dehumidifiers were placed to bring down the humidity.
