Why did the customer contact us?

Michael experienced a water loss in his basement. It left water across the entirety of the basement floor. The water had soaked into the floor and lots of the furniture was damaged.

Solutions provided:

PDQ responded quickly and showed up around an hour after receiving the call. They extracted all of the remaining water and began to set up a drying plan. Fans and dehumidifiers were placed throughout the basement in order to bring the moisture levels down as low as possible.
