Why did the customer contact us?

We were contacted to deal with a toilet that had overflowed in the bathroom. Sewage water was all over the bathroom and leaked out into the hallway and surrounding bedrooms. PDQ was asked to remediate and get rid of all the sewage water and dry surrounding walls.

Solutions provided:

PDQ extracted all water and performed several flood cuts. Then fans and dehumidifiers were placed throughout the home in order to bring the moisture levels down. We sterilized everything that came in contact with the sewage water. All affected contents were either cleaned in place or boxed and recorded.
