Why did the customer contact us?

The homeowner called with a sewer backup in the finished basement. The laminate floors in the basement were affected by a sewage spill. The homeowner mentioned a sensitivity to mold, as he has severe mold allergies.

Solutions provided:

Removed Cork Flooring under toilet in basement bathroom which was flooded by sewage spill. PDQ removed the Pergo flooring in the finished part of the basement. and made two-foot flood cuts in walls affected by sewage spill and mold all throughout the basement. A four-day dry-out period was needed. antimicrobial and air scrubbers were put into use.
