Why did the customer contact us?
The building owner called with a sewage overflow situation in the bathroom of one of her units. A toilet had overflowed and was also coming up through the shower stall drain. Sewage water was seeping into the bedroom area.
Solutions provided:
PDQ arrived on the scene in response to an emergency after-hours call. PDQ completely cleaned and sanitized all affected areas. PDQ restored the unit back to liveable conditions.
