Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted our team at PDQ because their ice maker water line broke and wet their kitchen. The customer stated they are now seeing mold in the ceiling below.

Solutions provided:

PDQ was able to use air movers, scrubbers and dehumidifiers to dry the affected materials. The ceiling joists in the basement under the refrigerator had mold which was properly HEPA vacuumed and remediated.

The customer was happy with the turnaround time of 5 days to have their home dry.
